Wide selfies at concerts and events

Short answerHold the phone at chest or face height rather than above your head, tap your face so it isn’t dark against bright stage lights, keep clips short, and check the venue’s rules on filming.
Be considerate
Phones held high block the view for people behind you. Keep it low and quick.
Light
Stage lights are bright; faces in the crowd are dark. Tap your face and drag exposure up, or wait for lights to swing towards you.
Sound
Live music is loud and can distort phone audio. Short clips usually sound better than long ones.
Rules
Some venues and artists don’t allow filming. Follow the venue’s policy.
Questions
Can I post concert clips?
Venue rules and music rights apply. Short personal clips are common, but platforms may mute music.
A camera built for this
Music Wide Selfie is an iPhone camera app: the widest front view your iPhone supports, with your music still playing.
One email when the app is ready. Nothing else.
